The Energy of Trees:

Many people don’t imagine how profound, powerful, and revolutionary such a simple and forgotten gesture can be: placing your hand on a tree.

It’s not witchcraft. It’s not fantasy. It’s connection. A return to something that has always been a part of us. When your fingers brush against the living bark, or when your bare feet touch the earth, something happens. Your body calms, your heart calms.

It’s as if all the confusion, the rush, the worries slowly fade away… making room for a healing silence.

In that connection, you realign yourself.

You tune into the deep heartbeat of the planet. You can’t hear it with your ears, but you feel it inside: an ancient and powerful rhythm that reminds you that you are part of something greater.

And it’s not just poetry: science confirms it. Just 15 minutes immersed in nature is enough to reduce cortisol, the stress hormone, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. It’s what makes you breathe more slowly and deeply. It’s that moment when you stop… and finally feel yourself.

And trees don’t just provide shade.

They release invisible but powerful phytoncides: they strengthen the immune system and improve mood.

It’s no coincidence that after a walk among the branches and leaves we feel clearer, lighter, more alive.

Touching a tree is much more than a gesture: it’s an act of presence. It means being there, truly. Feeling the roughness of the bark, the freshness of the air, the rustling of the leaves. In that moment, there is no past or future. There is only you. And the life flowing through you.

Because perhaps the most authentic therapy isn’t found behind a screen or in a pill.

Sometimes it’s under a green canopy, in the midst of silence. And 15 minutes are enough to remind you of a truth you had forgotten: you have never been alone.

Nature doesn’t shout. But it listens. It heals. And, if you learn to stay, it teaches you how to truly live.

Touching a Tree Barefoot:

Nature’s Hidden Therapy.

When you place your bare feet on the earth and your hand on a tree, something extraordinary happens.

Scientists call it “earthing” or “grounding”: a natural transfer of electrons from the soil to the body.

A simple gesture with tangible benefits: reduced stress, less inflammation, and better sleep. Trees amplify the experience: they are living channels between earth and sky, carrying subtle electrical charges through their roots and leaves. By touching them, you synchronize your internal rhythms with those of nature.

Modern life surrounds us with concrete, screens, and artificial lights.

However, 15 minutes is enough to calm the nervous system, reduce cortisol levels, and restore balance, as if the noise of the world had faded away.

In Japan, this practice is known as shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing”), and doctors sometimes prescribe it as a natural therapy for anxiety and fatigue.

PHYSOGNOMICS AND THE ART OF ENERGY DIAGNOSIS:

The body speaks, and those who know how to observe can interpret an extraordinarily accurate map of a person’s energetic state.

Through physiognomy and clinical observation, it is possible to identify:

-Deep energetic imbalances;

-States of cold and heat;

-Excess or deficiency of Yin and Yang;

-The chronicity of organic fatigue, including understanding the level of deficiency, whether of internal or external origin;

-Problems related to the Blood or the deeper Essences;

-The different qualities of Qi and its circulation;

-Constitutional predominance, diathesis.

ASSESSMENT TOOLS:

The face, with its wrinkles and complexion, reveals a person’s energetic state. The tongue reveals the state of the internal organs. Posture communicates blockages and deep tensions.

Palpation of sensitive points, both visceral and dorsal, becomes a true diagnostic map.

Meridian treatment observes states of fullness and deficiency, as well as stasis in each pathway, which is precisely associated with the function of the organs/meridians and the psycho-emotional predisposition.

The initial consultation provides valuable information about your life path and recurring patterns.

Neuromuscular testing allows you to evaluate the nervous system’s response in real time, while observation based on Polyvagal Theory integrates traditional energetic perspectives with modern neurophysiological knowledge.

The psychosomatic herbal medicine program offers a moment of self-observation of your current situation.

AN INTEGRATED VIEW: Every signal, every symptom, every bodily response contributes to creating a complete and accurate picture of the individual’s energetic state. It’s not about isolated diagnoses, but rather a holistic approach that respects the complexity of the human being.

The true art lies in knowing how to integrate all these elements into a precise and personalized energetic diagnosis, which becomes the foundation of an effective and profound treatment.

I am pleased to share with my students the tools I have acquired over 30 years.
