WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING, ILLNESS RETURNS:

People don’t die from illness, as we often hear:

“He died of a stroke.”

“He died of cancer.”

“Diabetes took him.”

“Alzheimer’s killed her.”

“She had HIV.”

“She died of an ulcer.”

“An infection took her.”

“Her blood pressure was too high…”

No.

People die from disharmonious mental states, capable of disrupting our inner harmony and hormonal balance.

These mental states, generate specific hormonal combinations that produce emotions.

And when those emotions become chronic, they create an unfavorable environment where the immune system can no longer function.

Our body obeys the brain, and the brain in turn, is an antenna: it captures the frequencies of our mental waves.

That’s why understanding is essential: because it helps us tune into more coherent frequencies, more in tune with the truth of our body.

When we find the right frequency, we don’t get sick.

We even avoid certain “accidents” that, in reality, are often expressions of the unconscious acting automatically.

Because, if we were truly aware of our thoughts, of our internal conflicts, many events we consider “inevitable” would never occur.

That’s why no allopathic medicine, that is, conventional medicine, can truly cure.

Because healing doesn’t come from medicine, it comes from understanding.

Drugs cover up the damp stain on the wall, but they don’t repair the crack where the water gets in.

They hide the symptom; they don’t treat the cause.

Without understanding, the disease returns.

A simple example:

A sports injury caused by poor technique.

You can do physical therapy a thousand times, but if you don’t correct that bad action, the injury will return.

And addictions? Smoking, drugs, compulsive eating, gambling?

Aren’t they the result of deep emotional imbalances?

“Everything is mental. The universe is mental.”

The Kybalion

So, can we say that we die of ignorance?

An ignorance born of fear, ignorance of the overall functioning of our being: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

And this ignorance manifests itself in many ways:

resentment;

inability to forgive;

constant worry;

anxiety;

depression;

stress;

repression;

lies;

envy;

sadness;

fear of change;

pride;

vanity;

greed;

indignation, loneliness;

and many others…

A person who ignores themselves wastes energy on their naiveté, and others—the media, politics, advertising—take advantage of this, nurturing a confused and fragile conscience.

On the contrary, those who have a deep understanding of life, of human relationships, of their own body, experience these destructive states much less frequently.

And, consequently, their health will be more stable.

This doesn’t mean they will never fall, but they will know how to get back up again.

Don’t try to cure the disease, help those who suffer to understand.

And the disease… will disappear on its own.

“And what about the children?” you might ask. “The little ones who die so young?”

I will answer gently, using only common sense: a young child cannot care for themselves.

They are deeply emotionally connected to their parents.

If parents live in dysfunctional emotional states, those vibrations are transmitted, visible or invisible.

Like breast milk, emotions nourish the child. And certain childhood illnesses may reflect a parent’s lack of emotional awareness.

Feel free to accept or reject this thought.

But first… think about it.

I don’t have a medical degree.

I’m not a scientist.

I’m just an observer, of myself and others.

And if you’re a doctor or researcher, you don’t need to answer me with technical terms.

I wouldn’t understand them.

And, in short, a patient who doesn’t want to get better… won’t get better.
